*The Audio Recording is an mp3 file that you can listen to on your computer, on your iPod or mp3 player, or burn onto a CD and listen to it in your car.
A teleclass is simply a seminar that’s delivered over a phone conference call line. You can call into my classes from your office or home. You can simply listen in… or you can participate and ask questions. If you’ve never tried a teleclass before, it’s a fun and convenient way to learn about a new topic.
**You should receive the recording and notes by email within 2 business days. If you haven’t received an email from me within 2 business days of making the purchase, please:
1. Check your bulk or junk email folder to make sure your ISP didn’t filter my email there by mistake
2. If you still can’t locate the message, please let me know so I can forward the information to you.
**It helps if you add my email (mindy@amplifylife.net) to your email address book first, so the emails have less of a chance to get filtered out.
