HEALTHY SHOPPING
Mindy will personally give you a tour of a Health Food Store or Local Grocery Store of your choice. This includes a full set of notes, a pocket produce guide, and her recommendations of foods to incorporate, products that her family enjoys and foods to consider avoiding and why. You will also get "Secrets of Reading Food Labels I & II" prior to the tour ($20 value).
One hour tour $100 for one person
Add $50 for each additional participant
